TV3 Mentor Season 13: Final Auditions for Rising Star Edition Completed
After an extensive selection process that included both virtual and in-person auditions, contestants have been chosen for the final auditions of the Rising Star edition of TV3 Mentor Season 13. The final selection took place on Sunday, October 12, following a bootcamp session and in-person auditions.
During the bootcamp, contestants received comprehensive training in vocal techniques, the business aspects of the music industry, and legal considerations. The judging panel for this selection process featured renowned industry professionals: singer and songwriter Abiana, music producer and vocal coach Nii Quaye, and record executive and producer Kofi Boachie Ansah.
The highly anticipated final 16 contestants will be revealed on Sunday, October 20, during the launch of the new season of TV3 Mentor.
The winner of Mentor XIII will take home a cash prize of GHC 80,000, along with an additional GHC 80,000 worth of airtime and mentorship from experienced talent managers. The bootcamp served as an exciting lead-up to the grand launch of the competition.
Miriam Osei Agyemang, Head of Programs at 3 Group, shared insights on what viewers can expect from this new season. “We are showcasing emerging talent in this competition, encouraging them to take the stage and shine as brightly as possible.
“This Sunday, we will guide our viewers through the process of narrowing down over 300 entries to the finalists who made it into the bootcamp and ultimately to the final 16,” she explained during an appearance on TV3’s Reality Catch Up on Friday.
