Android phones versus IPhones, difference tips !

The world has evolved around two main operating systems for smart phones notably the Android operating system and the IPhone operating system. They are two different operating systems that run on many smart phones and have provided user-friendly interfaces. This article mainly highlights the difference between these two operating systems.

1. Operating systems

Android: This is a Linux-based operating system developed by google that runs on a lot of smart phones. Many companies have adopted the use of this software on their smartphones. For example sumsung, Xiaomi etc. are some companies which use this operating system.

IOS: This operating system was developed by Apple to run on apple products such as iPhones, ipads,iPods and other apple devices .This is strictly made for Apple product users.

2. Customization

Android: It allows users to freely interact with many features by default on their products. Users can make preferable customization to the Home Screen and even install third-party apps to effect changes of their choice.

IOS: This offers a more strict interface to use and restricts third-party apps by Apple policies . Users then have minimal chances to customize their Home Screen and certain applications.

3.App Store and apps:

Android: The google Play Store is the main server which offers a variety of user-friendly apps for users. It offers access to many third-party apps that customizes the phone.

IOS: The App Store provides highly regulated applications for users and restricts third-party applications more.

4.Updates

Android: Users tend to get updates differently based on their manufacturer. Notification updates vary from one manufacturer to the other.

IOS: Device updates are more consistent and most devices get update notifications simultaneously across all regions.

5. Security and Privacy

Android: Many users are vulnerable to security attacks due to its open nature even though Google offers security protection .

IOS: Apple strict security measures protects its users from hackers.

6. Voice Assistants

Android: It provides Google assistant to offer support and help to its users.

IOS: it provides Siri as an assistant tool to provide insightful information to its users.

7. Price Range

Android: offers a more flexible and cheaper prices to people.

IOS: it offers premium pricing for customers with fewer cheaper products.
