Fameye hints on featuring Lil Wayne or J.Cole on his “Very Soon” banger

Ghanaian sensational artist Peter Famiyeh Bozah known in showbiz circles as Fameye has revealed that he has deep interest in featuring American rappers; Dwayne Michael Carter Jr (Lil Wayne) and Jermaine Lamarr Cole (J. Cole) on his “Very soon “ remix.

The artist expressed his love for international collaborations with  Lil Wayne or J.Cole as well as Nigeria’s Davido or Asake.

Fameye made this known on his future collaborations in an exclusive interview with Delay on The Delay Show.

“I am working on featuring a Nigerian or American rapper on my ‘Very Soon’ remix. The American rappers I’m interested in are Lil Wayne and J. Cole, and for Nigerian artists, it would be Davido or Asake… Social media users started coming for me when I said I resonated with Asake. I felt their comments were unnecessary, so I didn’t take them seriously,” Fameye told Delay.

The artist also stated that he looks forward to winning many awards at the upcoming Telecel Ghana Music Awards. His ambitions in the awards according to him not only focuses on his reigning banger “Very Soon” but on many other achievements.

“I don’t deserve just one award because I worked hard in 2024. So, I’m not only focusing on ‘Very Soon’… I’m also aiming for best video, best collaborations, most popular song of the year, and even artist of the year, plus songwriter of the year,” Fameye revealed.

Fameye’s “Very Soon” has made great appearances on many musical chats in Ghana  since its release. It has over 2.4 million views on YouTube after it was released in late 2024.
