Bisa Kdei’s The Convention: Date, Venue and Ticket Prices for His Highlife Concert

Highlife star Bisa Kdei is calling on fans to mark their calendars for The Convention, his new live music event slated for December. The Obra hitmaker shared fresh flyers on X on Tuesday with a simple question for his followers: “You coming?”

The Convention: date, venue and what to expect

According to the flyer, The Convention takes place on Sunday, December 20, 2026 at the Underbridge Annex, East Legon in Accra. Bisa Kdei first announced the date earlier this month in a “SAVE THE DATE” post on X, telling fans: “Be in the room.”

The Ghana News Agency reported that this will be the maiden edition of The Convention, which is planned as an annual event celebrating highlife music and Ghanaian culture. Fans can expect live music and a night built around the highlife sound that made Bisa Kdei a household name.

Ticket prices and how to buy

The latest flyer lists Regular tickets at GH₵300 and VIP at GH₵500. Tickets are available on bisaconvention.live or by dialling the shortcode *714*911# on all networks. Bisa Kdei also shared a phone and WhatsApp line for table reservations on his X page.

When he first announced the event in early October, the singer said early bird tickets were live. He has not yet announced a lineup of guest acts.

A big end-of-year moment for Bisa Kdei

The Convention adds to a busy year for the highlife singer. In June he released Obra, and he also featured on Joey B’s Kyeiwaa. Earlier in the year, the organiser of his UK show admitted he should have booked a bigger venue because of the demand.

With nearly 15 years in the game, according to GNA, Bisa Kdei now joins the list of Ghanaian artistes owning their own December concert, as Accra gets ready for its usual end-of-year rush of shows.
