Stonebwoy Joins Hero The Band and Mashandafavors on ‘Wrong Toes’ for Boyz Trip Soundtrack

Stonebwoy has a new international collaboration on the way. The BHIM Nation boss features on “Wrong Toes”, a song with Hero The Band and Mashandafavors made for the soundtrack of the upcoming film Boyz Trip.

The news was shared on Instagram on Tuesday, 27 October, in a joint post by the Boyz Trip movie page that also appears on Stonebwoy’s own profile. The post opened with the line “A NEW SOUND. A GLOBAL STAGE. A CINEMATIC VISION.”

Wrong Toes video shot in Cape Town

According to the post, cameras have officially wrapped on the official music video for “Wrong Toes”. It was shot on location at Cape Town Film Studios in South Africa.

The project is produced under the KeyScott Entertainment banner. The post credits Alan Key as the creator, with Alan Key and Kyle Scott as executive producers and Kyle Scott as director. It also names Emmy-winning Warren Gray as creative director, while Justin Levy handled mixing and mastering.

The team described the song as part of the film’s soundtrack and said the music is “only the beginning” for Boyz Trip, describing the project as a new chapter for Boyz Trip and KeyScott’s expanding music division.

When will Wrong Toes be released?

No release date has been announced yet for the song or the video. The post also did not give a date for the film. We will update this story once the team or Stonebwoy shares more details.

A busy season for Stonebwoy

The collaboration lands in the middle of a busy run for the Afro-dancehall star. On 26 October, he posted that his BHIM Festival London show is now available on his YouTube channel, thanking fans in the UK.

He is now preparing for home, having announced BHIM Festival 2026 at the University of Ghana Sports Stadium, Legon for 24 December. Over the weekend, he also threw his support behind the Black Challenge ahead of the Amputee World Cup in Mexico.
