KAVOD 26 Line-Up: Nacee Brings Joe Mettle, Cindy Thompson and Clemento Suarez to the National Theatre

The full line-up for Nacee’s KAVOD 26 is out, and the gospel singer has filled the National Theatre bill with names from gospel music, stage drama and comedy.

Nacee told fans on his official Facebook page last week that “the line-up is set” for the 8 November show. On Wednesday, MyJoyOnline published the names, with Joe Mettle, Cindy Thompson, Kofi Peprah, Yvonne Mends and Soul Winners joining the Aseda hitmaker on the music side.

KAVOD 26 line-up: who is on the bill

According to the MyJoyOnline report, the night is split into three parts:

• Music: Nacee, Joe Mettle, Cindy Thompson, Kofi Peprah, Yvonne Mends and Soul Winners
• Theatre: Vivian Jill, Killer Ntua, Clemento Suarez, Foster Romanus, Deaconess Abokoma, Jeneral Ntatia and DeLong, among others
• Comedy: Jacinta, Parrot Mouth, Jeffrey Nortey, Comedy Boy and Visa Boy, Adam Best and GH Pookie

Clemento Suarez and Foster Romanus will be familiar to anyone who attended the first KAVOD in November 2023. That night, the pair acted out a “Kavod FM” sketch that poked fun at the gospel-versus-secular debate around Nacee’s music, as MyJoyOnline reported at the time.

KAVOD 26: date, venue and tickets

KAVOD 26 comes off on Sunday, 8 November 2026, at the National Theatre in Accra, starting at 5:00 PM. Nacee’s flyer puts Standard tickets at GHS 200 and VIP at GHS 300, and the show is billed as “Where Comedy Meets Theatre and Music”.

On X on Monday, 26 October, Nacee asked fans to call 0597143961 for tickets, a day after telling them they “can’t miss this year’s KAVOD for anything”.

Nacee teases an Aseda moment

Nacee has also been building hype with short clips on Facebook. One of them carries a caption saying he “might do Aseda with Abrewa Mafia” on the night, so fans of his award-winning Aseda may be in for a special performance. He has not given more details.

KAVOD 26 lands in a packed gospel calendar. Joe Mettle, one of the acts on the bill, will first headline the Ɔdadeɛ Torch & Bonfire Night at PRESEC on 30 October, while Piesie Esther’s Flora Made By Grace 2026 takes place on 1 November.
