Darkovibes Postpones Release of ‘Me Ne Woa’ With R2Bees
Fans waiting for Darkovibes’ new song with R2Bees will have to hold on a little longer. The release of “Me Ne Woa”, which was set for Wednesday, 4 November 2026, has been pushed back.
The news came in a statement shared on Darkovibes’ official Instagram page on Friday, 30 October, with the caption “Important information! Read & share”. The letter, issued under the name Placebo Soul Ltd and signed by the singer, says the single “has been postponed to a date we will announce shortly.”
Why has Me Ne Woa been postponed?
According to the statement, the delay will give the team time to “finalise a few details” and give the record the full rollout it deserves. No other reason was given, and the letter says nothing to suggest any problem with the song or the collaboration itself.
The team also thanked fans for the way they have received the song’s promotion so far, including the content they have been creating around it, and urged them to keep the momentum going. According to the letter, the camp will keep reposting and resharing fan content as they count down to the new date. Fans, partners and the media were all thanked for their patience and support.
When will Darkovibes’ Me Ne Woa be released?
For now, there is no new date. Darkovibes first announced “Me Ne Woa” featuring R2Bees earlier this month with a 4 November release date, as we reported here. The new statement says the fresh release date and further details will be shared “in the coming days.”
Darkovibes and R2Bees link up again
“Me Ne Woa” brings Darkovibes together with Mugeez and Omar Sterling of R2Bees. The acts have history: Darkovibes was one of the voices on R2Bees’ posse cut “Boys Kasa” and also appeared in the duo’s “Yesterday” music video. Fans who want something from the duo while they wait can revisit R2Bees’ “Awurade Aye” video.
It has been a busy 2026 for Darkovibes. He released “Bo Norr” with Stonebwoy in March and also featured on Strongman’s “Akua Donkor”, so expectations are high for his next move.
Keep following ghanasong.org — we will bring you the new release date for “Me Ne Woa” as soon as Darkovibes announces it.
