Oseikrom Sikanii – Kpo (ft. Medikal)

Oseikrom Sikanii Kpo, the new single with Medikal, is out now as an official audio on YouTube. It went up on 6 November 2026 and puts two Ghanaian rap voices on one record.

The song is called “Kpo”, and Oseikrom Sikanii and Medikal are the two artists on it. It is a rap record, released under Oseikrom Sikanii Music with exclusive licence to ONErpm.

That licence matters to listeners in a practical way. ONErpm also supplies the streaming link the artist has shared, so the single can be played on a streaming service as well as on YouTube.

Oseikrom Sikanii has stayed busy this year, and the new song arrives after a steady run of uploads. In August he put out “Adey Mad” as an official audio on 18 August. Two weeks earlier, on 4 August, he shared a dance challenge for “Wakawaka”, a format Ghanaian fans know well from TikTok and Instagram.

Before that came “I’m Me”, an official video that went up on 31 July. His June releases were just as full. “Adwuma” with King Paluta arrived on 22 June, and “Pampaso” with Bosom Pyung followed a day earlier, on 21 June, as an official video.

On 19 June he also shared a performance video of “R2Bees” with AlorG. We covered that record on this site, and you can read our R2bees by Oseikrom Sikanii ft Alorg post for the details.

That list says something about how he works. He releases often, he moves between audio, video and challenge clips, and he keeps bringing other artists into his songs. In the past five months his guests have included King Paluta, Bosom Pyung, AlorG and now Medikal. Kpo is also his first upload on the channel since “Adey Mad” in August.

Medikal is a familiar name to anyone who follows Ghanaian rap, and a feature from him usually gets people talking. My reaction is that the pairing is an easy one to understand. Oseikrom Sikanii brings a street-facing delivery, Medikal brings a rapper’s sharpness, and the two styles sit close enough to make a natural team.

This is not the first time Oseikrom Sikanii has shared a record with another established name. He also appeared on “Proceeds” with Kwaw Kese, and our post on Kwaw Kese ft Oseikrom Sikanii Proceeds is there for anyone who wants to hear how he handles a guest on the same track.

Kpo is an audio release, so the focus stays on the music. The verses, the beat and the way the two voices trade places have to carry the song. Arriving a few weeks before the year closes, it gives DJs and radio presenters something fresh for their rotation, and it gives fans of both rappers a new record to argue over.

Fans have been searching for the song in several ways. Some type the title with the artist name, some look for the official audio, and others simply ask for the new Oseikrom Sikanii song. All of them lead to the same place, which is the official upload on his channel.
